these are the easiest tricep dips as your using your legs as well, the hardest ones are when you have your legs straight towards the ground then lift up and down

This is a beginner version of dips. The trick here is that you can help a little with your legs. Try to use only the arms to push your weight. Use your legs only to stabilize.
