Not bad, but what makes this movie really worth watching is that it was reportedly funded by unauthorized monies of the now defunct Adelphia Cable Company. Co-producer Ellen Rigas is daughter of Adelphia's former CEO John Rigas - now serving a federal prison sentence along with his two sons.

No I think Fait was upset because he was doing all the work for the school AND Dr.Penlaric and was only paid for the school work while Deladis was paid so much just for helping Dr.Penlaric.

The actual name of this song is "Mattie Groves." It was originally an English folk songs, about a man who has an affair with the wife of a powerful Lord and gets caught. It's probably hundreds of years old.
And if you do a search for that title in iTunes, you can find several versions.
