I'm not gonna lie, Goofy's "death" was really contrived and unnecessary. A random boulder flying out of nowhere and landing EXACTLY where Mickey was walking is soooo forced, and the fact that he woke up one fight later made it entirely irrelevant to the plot. He should have "died" during an important fight scene and his death should have impacted some of the choices made by characters, ultimately having a lasting effect on the situation even after he was revived. This is just laughable.
