Miyuki Geta Dance / 幸 下駄ダンス miyukigetadance.com

Miyuki Matsunaga created a new performing art called Geta Dance that blends elements of modern dance, Japanese traditional dance, and Japanese poetry. She wears Japanese Geta sandals with her Kimono and uses various traditional Japanese items such as Sensu, Katana, and Naruko, which visually enhance her performances. She performed to the Japanese Taiko drums with her Haiku singing in this video. A story or message is beautifully portrayed in each of her delicately choreographed dances and her own Haiku.
