It doesn't matter if she was latino or not. She was a terrible campaign manager who didn't eve inform the campaign that she'd allowed it to get in debt. And she rightfully stepped down, she wan't even fired. It's not a good example to bring on board someone who wasn't good at their job just because of their race.

If Doyle wants to come aboard in a subordinate role to learn how to run a successful campaign, that would be ok. If Obama gives her the campaign to run after how she ran Hillary's campaign, though, then I would have to seriously question his judgement. If he wants to get hispanic voters, I think it will take more than putting this woman on his staff somewhere.
