  • hahaha...chef nick, go back to teaching economics ,sir! hahah, leave the cooking to the real chefs!

  • @xeeloveanil heh! quiz him why don't you...chef Nick went to the Culinary Institute of America dude! Be specific with your quiz questions too...he likes them hard! Dare you...really...but I think you need to show me your credentials for asking questions and criticizing too, just to be fair ;)

  • @aynaraygarcia c.i.a? u got to be kidding, theres no need to show off, esp, when u only got lechon kawali on the plate...going to an expensive culinary school doesn't prove that ure a good chef...just saying!

  • @xeeloveanil not showing off a FACT dude. You are assuming lechon is the only thing he can cook? hahaha this would be the very tip of the iceberg but we couldn't fit everything he knows into one show. That would require encyclopedic volumes. Your comment was an irresponsible diss on a chef you watched on a 28 minute segment...and we don't even know how well you are to judge...who are you anyway? where's your diploma or your video?? just askin' ;)

  • @xeeloveanil and then you should come to one of his baking and pastry clasess and take HIS quizes....

  • It's ok. But lechon kawali is not our national dish for god sake.and ifs cooked in the oven ,is not lechon kawali. It's lechon de horno.I think the chef need to study more and learn the Philippine cuisine. It's ashamed

  • @buboyski2 ah yes...this topic again...hehe! we already discussed below...thanks
