Try any of the following, a Quack Buster, a Sunrise pickup, a Fishman pickup for acoustics, a Boss CS2 with just a little compression, a Passac if you can find one, a parametric eq.
the bass melody is fantastic, but theres way too much open B, it's almost akin to trance music like that. he should have done more with the top melody.
