@MakikiMakiko It's annoying to me as a foreigner, many people go to Japan because they like the culture, and yet they ignore being respectful of other people and do this. It is just a small party and a chance for foreigners to meet others, Japanese also get involved and have fun. But it could easily be done in a park out of the way instead of interrupting Japanese train services. How can you say you 'love Japan' and act like that.
