i find horses to be a great way to get around, many people take good or great care of there horses, as in this video, it is only the people who do not care for there horses and miss treat them that causes problems for everyone with horses. Great Job by the way with this video and others

Good job. Keep posting. The sad thing is that so few people know this basic knowledge that you have to teach it. This is also the way that horses sleep most of the time. They only lie down for an hour or so a day, even in the wild.

Great videos.It makes you wonder what most of these people protesing are thinking. Mistreating your horses is the same as setting fire to your bank account. As my husband and I get ready to travel the US by horse and sheep wagon for the first few years of our retirement, I have to wonder if we will encounter these hostile lunatics along the road. I have envisioned this life long dream as being heavenly. I hope these crackpots don't make the road DANGEROUS for my horses.

@LopesWithHisLungs At work taking a bridle off would cause a dangerous situation, the horses are unbridled only at the stable. "the back harness" as you call it is called the "breeching" here in the US.

These horses have a good life, horses adapt to their surroundings. The animal activists have need to just butt out of smething they dont know. Horses lift their back legs to rest it and take "their" weight off it. Even little foals do it while sleeping. Why dont these activists just go after Mennonites and Amish people too, their horss dont get food and water and a lot dont get blankets in the weather. Their horses go ALL DAY and lets not even talk about these horses barns. Cute horses BTW!
