Can bankrupt sovereign nations really stay afloat just by creating trillions of new money or are they already bankrupt and defaulting on their government bonds? We say it's the latter. By http://www.smartknowledgeu.com/
No major country will dump treasuries because they have quid pro quo agreements or other agreements to hold them. Thus no major nation cares if the US defaults they only care when it impacts their ability to rule.
Didn't America default to the Federal Reserve in 38? I thought that was why they had the emergency banking act and created social security. I've heard it said from others that The corporation known as the USA has defaulted to the Fed 6 or 7 times since our founding. Whether anyone ever defaults we'll never read that in the NY Times. Hi J - You said euro countries are printing euros. Each country can't do that - supposedly. (Although Ireland printed 50B recently, I think). It will be interesting to see if spain, portugal etc try to print some euros as well.
Ya gotta make a few more vids to keep us dummies up to date:)
