Stop trying to sell me the grayson and give an un-biased review. How about mounting?

This review is LAUGHABLE! Just how much did Grayson pay this tard to bash a clearly superior camera (FlyCamOne2) The FCO2 has the "spycam" bested by SO MANY features that this con doesn't even mention - Sensor that can rotate via Servo control , ability to turn on and off from the Receiver, Time Lapse imaging, external battery capability, HIGHER FRAME RATE!! (30fps) compared to the questionable 20 (really 15fps), Motion Detection auto recording, low light recording and more. Spycam? NOT!!

Hey, this is exactly what I was looking for. It took me 50 crapy videos to find you but it was worth it. I'll order the Grayson tonight.
Thanks

I bet your not going to read this comment............
Nitroplanes . com sells the same camera (the GRAYSON cam) for about thirty dollars less.

Hey Scott, i purchased the Hawk Sky from nitroplanes a while ago and there was an option to buy the camera with it, and its the camera that in this video, but it was only $20? Is that because i bought it with a plane? On the site it says it cost $59.

in the manual it says u can use a 2,4,6, or 8gb sd card. is that true?
-
is it ok if you just do a a video on the fco2. because i'm having trouble
-
Thanks for the info very helpfull.
PS: is that cow single?
-
on the grayson hobby cam can u move the camera lens around like the flycameone2?

I prefer the keychain camera over these two because the two models reviewed here are not "looking ahead". e.g. the grayson hobby camera has to be mounted "standing up". The video quality of FCO2 is inferior to the grayson hobby cam. If there is a new model of the grayson hobby cam with an in flight adjustable lens, I'll buy it yesterday. (and that's only because I hate to pay too much bucks for sh*tty video quality like fco2).
Good review, nice cow poster...
Is software supposed to come with this? I just got mine and there are no instructions and can't seem to get it to upload anything.

Email Grayson Hobby for drivers and a PDF of instructions. Thanks!

The video seems more zoomed in on the Grayson than on the FlyCamOne. Look at your video at times 2:30 and 3:12.
I do like your comparison video. I was just pointing out a few things I noticed on the FlyCamOne2.
One other thing about the FlyCamOne2 -- it tends to lose audio/video sync over time. I have seen this on most of my rocket launch videos. I think it occurs when the video goes from almost no motion to a lot of motion, such as during a rocket launch.

Agreed! I spent 2 hours solid trying to get that darn video to sync, but it wouldn't! I'm glad to know it was the flycamone. Thanks for your insight!

I use the FlyCamOne2 with rockets. I strap it on the outside of the rocket and pivot the camera head to look down. I think the video quality of my FlyCamOne2 is slightly better than shown in your video. Maybe your lens was not clean.
BTW, the frame rate of the FCO2 is 25 FPS, and not 30. Also, you said that the GraysonHobby Cam has a larger field of view. Your video shows that it has a smaller field of view. Objects appear larger in the Grayson camera.

I am fully aware that its 25fps, as far as I read, though, the advertised FPS was 30, so I went with that. I cleaned the lens of the FlyCamOne2 before the flight, perhaps the conditions where just not ideal for that camera. Field of View refers to how wide the camera lens can view things. A panaramic lens has a wide field of view, things appear smaller because your getting more content in the same space. Think of it like a zoom, the flycamone2 is zoomed in compared to the grayson cam. Thanks
