a beautifuly tragic daydream for us to share!

@dvs2751 Crosby says it's about Christine, Joni and a third woman whose name he can't mention. So we both right.

@peterzang I don't agree, that's cool

@dvs2751 Sorry, this one was inspired by Christine, DC's girlfriend who was killed in the car crash. And that started him on that long, sad road. xxx

Typo, glad David is in recovery today. But then, if you're a rock star, maybe it's rockovery.

In 1982 I saw David Crosby in concert in San Antonio just after his first bust for drugs and a weapons charge. He started to play Guinnevere but could not remember the words and had to stop playing. He went on to another song that he could remember. Glad he is in rocovery today.

Joni Mitchell inspired many hearts. go to her official site and see the songs written about or inspired by her. Your listening to one now, and you've probably heard many more.

Songs like this have Ethereal qualities and make it thoroughly enjoyable to listen to at almost any moment. Thanks fernandovgp for uploading a favorable version of this song.

this is when pop music becomes art!
I am stil able after all these war torn years, to close my eyes and be in that moment. to be certain life was changing and would be a better place. I wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then..

this song takes me back to when there wasn't any FM stations and the am disc jockey would play all these marvelous song's after midnight . those were great times don't think I would have liked growing up in a different era. I may be old but I saw all the cool bands and didn't pay more than 10 bucks most of the time
