  • Hoping you can help me out. I had my left ring finger proximal phalanx fractured about a month ago. Just yesterday I had the pins taken out of the finger and I cannot bend the finger at all. Its probably stiff but im not sure. What exercises can i do to get this finger moving again? Thanks in advance

  • @GhOsTfAcE32 get therapy to help you ,at least they will show you the exercises

  • I fractured my middle phalanx last Thursday on my little finger, im a drummer and I have a gig this coming Thursday, I'm just wondering will it be safe to do the gig? It is only a hair line fracture and not a very big one but the pain at the moment is quite bad due to bruising. Any advice?

  • @NaturePhoen1x use buddy tape

    you will be ok

  • @ElderZelaya THANKS

    SPREAD THE WORD

  • this is the video I needed for my Metacarpal broken finger. Awesome video.

  • @kaleidoscopekay can happen from both

  • Great video! When the middle & proximal phalangeals are fractured, is it more from falling on your hand, or like the force hitting the fingers shown in your first description of mallet finger?
