  • All these guys did was criticize the video. They didn't have any concrete points of refute. It's like they got their feelings hurt. None of them mentioned a single point that was incorrect. Let's be honest, the Book of Mormon does not NOT line up with the Bible! The Bible doesn't need any additions from a fake history. It is complete by itself.

  • @brandoncarpediem That is because this is only the "comments' section of over an hour long video. If you'd like to see more facts, please watch the full video.

  • @fairldsorg I like this video, but you should put an annotation, a disclaimer on what's stated on the FAIR wiki Quote:

"NB: Please note that reference is made to a potential pre-Columbian horse, the so-called "Spencer Lake," horse skull. This has now been determined to have been a fraud or hoax, and should not be considered evidence for the Book of Mormon account."

    Suggestion.

  • @TheSkepticChristian Thanks. We edited that portion out of the video itself, but I guess I forgot to put a disclaimer on the horses video that was already on youtube. While it is not specifically mentioned, it is alluded to. Thanks for catching that.

  • I'm a Anti-Mormon is now LDS, let me tell you the thesis of the anti's--say anything that is damaging, If it suits you, call Joseph uneducated, or call him a genius, it doesn't matter how current or how factual what you say is, because your sole purpose is to perpetuate a facade of negativity around the LDS Faith. Thats why they repeat claims that are long since refuted, and why they use such bizarre mental gymnastics. Its not about what you say, its about the perception you create.

  • @fairldsorg i am a convert and i believed the Book of Momon to be another Testament of Christ and His gospel. In due time Heavenly Father in His wisdom will reveal these evidences/facts people are seeking in order for them to believe. I think when that time comes it would be too late for some to believe just like those who crucified the Christ....

  • I just have to laugh. The debunkers have been debunked! If you're going to present an arguement such as the video in question, you need to present both sides EQUALLY. The people who put that mess together already had their minds made up to prove the Book of Mormon wrong. That is so uneducated not to mention foolish. Even a blind man would have been able to see through their charade. Better luck next time anti's to you and your sheep. I'm a former anti-Mormon by the way who escaped their control.

  • @brandoncarpediem Wrong! The Bible has been proven by several non-LDS scholars as being INCOMPLETE. Books have been taken out. Books such as the gospel according to Thomas as well as Judas himself. Of course the Bible and Book of Mormon don't line up; they both take place in separate areas of the world. The fact is the video in question does not present a balanced arguement between the two books. The conclusion was already reached when they began production and thus the arguement is moot.

  • Mormonism was the Scientology of its day. To the left is a link to my channel, my youtube inbox, etc. Please, I have yet to find scholarly, archeological adducements that (even if in the exact same way in which the original video explicates) that corroborate the 'claims' of Joseph Smith and debase the (in my opinion) well thought out warrants of the "Bible vs. Book of Mormon" video to which the scholars in this video are referring to. I mean.. There is no counter-factual evidence presented here.

  • These guys are so correct. The Book of Mormon is true and anyone who reads it full and prays will know.
