The ball does not "hit" off your knee in the sense of kicking the ball. I purposely excluded music for this video so that you can hear how to sounds when performing the dislocated knee trick. The ball rests on your knee and by lifting your leg, you pop the ball off your knee. If you are still having trouble understanding this trick, feel free to comment below, thank you.

How to do a "Dislocated Knee" freestyle trick in freestyle football / soccer. This trick is performed in many of Cristiano Ronaldo's freestyle videos, more commonly known in his appearance in 5 magazine, by Rio Ferdinand, along side Jeremy Lynch. The video is entitled "Cristiano Ronaldo Freestyle Football Skills".

Yes, backspin is ok. I do it sometimes when I juggle but I mostly just kick directly under the ball and it has no spin. 20-30 juggles is good and you should be able to start tricks definitely! Do you alternate feet when you juggle the ball? And thanks for the feedback! :)

They're the most commonly used shoe in freestyle because they're really good. So, yeah! :)

I did something like 216 twice, and the ball had backspin but it's not a big problem for me. But the atw is a lot easier without spin in my personal opinion. Just try to kick right under the ball without moving your foot when you hit the ball. But for juggling only I think a little bit backspin is fine.
