How to inhale Hydrogen Peroxide for Good Health

mmm, primary school chemistry? How bout basic humanity. You try living without oxygen, ok pal? Look this up, Catalase. It's a cellular membrane that keeps oxygen from destroying the delicate inner workings of HUMAN cells. Disease organisms have none, which is why they burst into a froth by hydrogen peroxide. If you put a puddle of peroxide in your palm, you should see it doesn't react, no bubbles.

You do realise that just because oxygen is something will need for respiration it doesn't mean that it's healthy in all it's forms?

Oxygen free-radicals suchs as these are highly cancer causing.

Yes, I have used hyrodgen peroxide as ear drops. MD research 60 yrs ago suggested virus/flu enter through the ear canal. Lie on your side, put 3 drops straight of 3% in ear. Wait 5 minutes. Do on other side. When I feel I am getting sick, I do it. I also use a neti pot, without peroxide. I haven't been sick for a year

Wow, never heard of this before... Im curious, has anybody touched food grade (29%+)H2O2? The stuff BURN VERY QUICKLY!! I would be VERY careful what your doing with this shit!!

jw13303, you dilute the food grade H202 with distilled water down to 3%. You don't use it full strength.  The cheap drugstore H202 has stabilizers in it which include metals and some other bad stuff.
