the vials of God's wrath can take care of 'em. Also, when you get the sword of the Spirit, that works too... and better. They're like vials of God's wrath than you can shoot at people, and you can also use it to pick up "faith" and "hearts" through walls. So yeah, the sword replaces the vials and the jawbone, and works more efficiently.
