Translation of below:
The tracker works using two small oppositely wired solar cells which are attached to adjacent sides of the panel. The cell that receives more light determines which direction the motors turn. As soon as both cells generate the same voltage, no more current flows....
Apparently each cell is wired to both motors, so that when both tracker cells are perpendicular to the Sun, the panel itself points right at the Sun.

@Matchstick5 I like your tracker as well it's my favorite on this site. I could explain how to build mine if anyone asks on my video page. how much did you sell it for? Mine was based on the same concept as yours. I tried to take it a step or two further with stability and mine has a function to return the tracker to face east in the morning I have not filmed that yet gotta get a time lapse to show it. Next project is a heliostat based on this concept, or a Vawt with frictionless

sorry guys, I sold the tracker after the project was finished.
Die nachführung funktioniert über zwei antiparallel geschaltete kleine Solarzellen, die auf jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seiten auf ein Plättchen befestigt wurden. Die Zelle die mehr Licht abbekommt, bestimmt, in welchr Rictung sich der Motor dreht. Sobald beide gleichviel Spannung erzeugen, fließt kein Strom mehr...
