    That is just an opinion. If there is any underarm taking place, there's enough technology and authority to pick the fault. Has the ICC or even a single commentator pointed this out yet? Under such circumstances, how does the deliveries become underarm? Delusional people just cannot help believing whatever their eyes pick up. If anyone has a problem about this complain to the ICC. Sure they'll consider such accusations even after this bowler has led his career for years under the ICC! :P

    He may be round-arm, though if you also look closely his arm is sometimes below the shoulder when released, which makes it an illegal delivery.
