Well, that's for the judges to decide. And you know what? I'm glad I'm not a judge. Too many tough decisions and it's only round one!

It makes it easier for them in that the judging system doesn't compare the two videos.
I believe they rate a video by itself in each of five categories: Creativity, routining, difficulty, cool factor, and technique. They then add up all the points and whoever has more, wins.
But yeah, still hard to judge. Then again, they're pros :P.
