@Shandra9000mail I don't know where I read it, but I remember in Malcolm's autobiography they did meet, I believe it was in Ghana and Malcolm avoided Ali because he didn't want to make things akward for Ali. Eventually they met, by accident, and in his autoiography he read that they only said how are you and left.. It was reported though that Ali said something like: ''You shouldn't betray the honorable Elijah Muhammad'' and left and ridiculed his clothing and thinking to others

why would they always make it a big deal that Ali converted to Islam. He won because he was a great fighter. Ones religion is their own business. No need to be going around asking "Did you win because you are a Muslim"

Sad that Muhammad was so brainwashed that he betrayed Malcolm X. I read Malcolm's autobiography and he was hurt in his soul, when Muhammad, then Cassius, betrayed him like that. When he met Ali after a visit in a foreing country, I think it was a country within Africa, and met Ali, coincidental, in a hotel and the press went to Ali, Malcolm said with a uncomfortable smile: '' No matter what happened, I still you and your my brother.''.. Ali looked at him, said an insult and left.

I'm an athiest. That does not stop Muhammed Ali being my hero. I also respect Malcom X.
