You can't get one with Max on D/P, but you can transfer over. Yes I lost, everyone loses at some time.

anyways, you can't just feed it poffins to max it out? like I have a feebas on D/P, I haven't given any effort to making the poffins to evolve it cause I want to hatch one with the natures to make it worth my effort....
