Gene's Birthday Bash
One-Eyed Doll plays my favorite song "Hole". I've never heard them play this song live before. My heart was pounding the whole time they played this song. Even though this whole thing was for Gene, I like to think that she played this song for me. When she came and sat in front of me to play the most beautiful part of the song, so many mixed emotions were running through my head. I'm still shaking after that. It's amazing how one song can change your life forever. Two songs later, Kimberly came up to me again and put her head against my heart. I just hope she was able to feel the affection I had for her and for her music. Not just from me but from every One-Eyed Doll fan in the world.
