  • please help me loose weight! Can you give me any ideas of how to start to lose weight quickly??? i just posted up a video today, i need your help peeps!!

  • i count my calorie intake a day...depends on your weight on how much will u take everyday...and i also cut my portion and..try to eat every 3-hour a day...it works!!!!combining the...calorie counting,small portion every meal...

  • Good job. I've lost a few pounds fromm dieting and heres my tips:

    1. For breakfeast, try to eat fruits, apples bannanas cocktail whatever, try to lay off the cereal.

    3. Water All day everyday.

    3. I don't have lunch but if you do, have a bowl of tuna, some veggies, yogurt.

    3. Dinner should be around 1-7 PM and no later. A good dinner would be a little bit of meat, veggies and some soup or rice to go with it.

    4. Nothing until tomorrow, just water.

  • very interesting best tip i can give everyone...dont eat after 7pm at night
