personally, Rock band 2 looks better organized, you can have over 500 songs on DLC, and you can rip the songs from rock band to RB2( and the track packs have 20 songs EACH). Also, there is that ION drum kit if you want cymbals or just buy the mad catz ones. GH:WT is a good game, good songs, don't get me wrong, but Rock Band is just better.

GH > RB. Why? I'm so used to the look and feel of Guitar Hero. The strum bar doesn't feel right on RB compared to the GH guitar. I tried playing RB once and failed horribly.

@dragonbreathstinks look. ill break it down to a major factor; song choice. Rock Band devised an ingenious itunes-esque music store which now has support for custom tracks. the library of master tracks is over 1250, or something. >1000 tracks to choose from. And, RB has been doing this ages, and have refined their system much more. GH is playing catch up. Big time. You want more reasons? pm me. :)

@VIDGamefrk9 You couldn't be more wrong. Harmonix worked with GH for 1 and 2. Then they branched off for rock band. Then GHWT came out and blew rock band away. GH has better playing instruments, better songs, better gameplay, and over all better appearance. AND WILL ALWAYS TOP ROCK BAND. GO GUITAR HERO.

@elric1406 You can get a logitech drum kit for GH. And with GH you don't have to buy the cymbals separately.

Rock band series is totally way better, gh is just a rip off after the first rockband came out. activision is just tryin 2 one up harmonix, even tho harmonix was already ahaed of them. essentially, ACTIVISION IS A SNOT NOSED GAME STEALER THAT MAKES SUCKIER GAMES THAN HARMONIX! ROCK BAND WILL ALWAYS BE AHEAD!!!!!!!! GO ROCKBAND!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. I was a GH fan, went to RB, but GH:M brought it back. Although, GH5 will solve the MAJOR problem that most players have.
