Medway Council PARKING BLUES

Ode to Medway Council's Smart Car and it's parking policy with puts self service in front of public service.

It is about time these people were brought to justice. It is legalised fraud and theft.

Before the Council took over parking charges, the poice issued 5000 tickets a year. The Council have turned this into an industry and Medway now issues 50 000 tickets per year and won an award for this!!!

Their smart car lurks in public places, parks on double yellow lines and creates dangerous conditions in the call of duty. The parking machines do not give change and up till I complained recently did not tell you that this was the case. This is commonly known as fraud and would not be allowed by commercial operators such as NCP.

When confronted with all this, they come back with lame excuses such as 'others are worse' and 'we're just doing our job', a tactic which was used some 70 years ago in Germany....

From Double Yellow Lines to Double Standards to Double Taxation, it must stop!

Medway Council has just sacked a driver of their 'Smart Car' for illegal parking! Smart Car - Not So Smart Unemployed Driver!!!!!! lol - Don't'cha just luvit!!!!! :-)
