Lake Charles Waltz

My friend Grenville Horner from across the Pond posts a tune every weekend. I liked this one so much that I told him I would dance to it with my lovely wife. We're just average dancers at best, but this is for fun, nothing else. Mr Horner and I have never met, so this video is an international effort. He played the tune in his kitchen, and we danced to it in our living room.

There's a movie called 'A Perfect World' with Kevin Costner about 2/3 the way into the movie they play a old old waltz I'm wondering if it's Lake Charles they sound so close anyways. Maybe you know?
