Lie on your back, with knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Bring one knee up, then the second, pulling both knees to your chest so the stretch is felt in the buttocks. Bring your forehead to your knees and hold for five seconds. Put your feet down one at a time along with your head. Rest and repeat.
