Naroth's House-well project in Noc Loc Village.MOV

Dr. Fred Garmon with People for Care & Learning (NGO) visits a rual village outside Siem Reap, Cambodia where a Khmer PCL staff member (Naroth) led a community development project. Naroth and a group from the village raised $1700 USD and built a poor couple a new home. The couple have two small children. The project also included a water well providing much needed clean drinking and cooking water.
