VERSION 3.0 CS:S REALISTIC WEAPONS

New stuff:
- I completly remade the code because it was messy. A lot of begginner error stayed since I begin.
- I added some help line in my code.
- New scope designs.
- The reload is now mannual. I think it's more realist.
- I added a new admin gun (3 fire options: strider rounds, "electric" buckshot rounds and grenade rounds).
- Flash grenade.
- Add a new realistic system
Fixed stuff:
- The TMP is now fixed.
- The Glock had a problem of accuracy in burst mod.
- Weapon's Icones are now in high quality.
- I remade the HE Grenades.
- Smoke Grenades have a better effect.
- The shotguns can be interrupted when you're recharging (Works really well!) and have a better reload system
- I remade the elites, they're now fixed (Shells bug, muzzleflashes bug)
DELETE THE OLD VERSION BEFORE INSTALLING!
