@cjellwood all those people who are in jail would be on the streets, committing crimes, such as robbery murder, just to name a few. Well if its legal then i think robbery would increase dramatically, that just gives you license to walk in to a shop and take things. In modern day people have become more mobile through cars and have more money so in a modern day without police there would be disorder on an extremely large scale
