  • Thank you for posting this most important documentary.

  • TG44, your words are beautiful and you honor the legacy of this powerful Afro American Queen! All women should know of not only her accomplishments in the area of civil rights, but also her accomplishments in the area of womens suffrage. Obviously she doesnt have a dollar coin like Suzan B. Anthony, a woman who truly respected Ida and worked with her. This in no way diminishes who Ida B. Wells truly was. Knowing that you know all this provides a joy I cant truly explain. ONE

  • I teach Ida B's tenacity to the younger members of our tribe. In a civilization where we have been led to believe that there is strength in numbers or that we must be a part of an organization to elicit change, yet we realize that those very organizations are faulty by their very structure and tenants, Ms. Wells story of solitary perseverance becomes that much more important.

  • Ida B. Wells is one of the most phenomenal individuals to ever walk US soil! She is quite possibly the most powerful Afro American leader that we have ever known. Her life story is as beautiful as she once was and her efforts for us all are legendary! Much of what she did was done all by herself. Unlike many other Afro American male leaders, she stood alone. Her courage gives me inspiration and my appreciation of everything she did will never go away for it is as uncompromising as she once was!
