Beating Galaga! (The "Final" Stage - Stage 1 through 255/Stage 0)

This is a video of me beating the 1981 Arcade Original "Galaga". The game progresses through Stage 254. After completing the stage, you are able to participate in yet another bonus round. (Which I lazily completed, getting that far takes some work). Afterward, you are warped to Stage 0 (also known as Stage 255). At this point, the game glitches, crashes, and resets. This particular video captures everything occurring in real time with no editing, emulators, or codes, hacks, or cheats of any form used.

Hmmm, I don't think this is correct. The game does recycle and go from stage 254 to 0 to stage 1 in fine style. I have done it alot of times. But I have done it on an original 1981 galaga machine at the arcade. This was in 1983 I believe. I was 10 at the time.

@Unsharpened I think you are right there, I owned an original 81 arcade game in my retro living room back in the 90s in my early 20s I also clocked it on all the stages it took me about 6 months (and lots of amphetamine sulphate!! lol) my friends and I used to play it after we;d been out raving all night, classic galaxians BIG Brother
