  • it's Cartman!! BEEFCAKE!!!!

  • This would be great for working on your wrist shots. With a goalie that colossal, you'd have to learn how to pick your corners.

  • A goalie can be as fat as he wants, but he must not have any sort of disability document on him.

The problem would be his immobility and unability to cover ALL goal, however everyone always think about 1:1 situation. In reality rarely a player will have a clear space to aim and shoot in the corner of the goal. And if he does, even a normal goalie 95% will not catch that.

Guys, have you thought about big&strong man? Someone like Louis Cyr? I think someone like that could be the fat supergoalie

  • My god.. I have never seen a skill of such magnitude!

    Hire that man! now!

  • @petruza Of course not. What I'm trying to say is back when I played Bantam I don't ever recall seeing a rule as such. I'm not sure how the rules are in South America but to my knowledge there is no such rule that states the goalie MUST stand on his/her feet when not attempting to make a save in Canada. Its logical to stand when not making a save in order to stay square to the shooter but I'm pretty sure its not against the rules to just lay there, although its not smart to do so.

  • @dafinalone It's on the AAHHL (argentine association of ice and inline hockey) rulebook. Not sure if it was taken from IIHF, but always guessed it was.

So you say inline and ice goalies don't have to stand on their skates? they can lay on the floor without standing up, for example?

  • @petruza I would really like to know where you read this rule from because I have never heard of such a thing. And a sumo goalie would actually provide better coverage since they're larger in width, therefore when down in butterfly position they would cover more of the mid to upper portion of the net when compared to a goalie of the same height. The only disadvantage I can see in a goalie of that size is his mobility and flexibility.

  • There's a rule in inline hockey, which I guess comes from ice hockey, by which goalies have to stand on their skates and only go to the floor to make a save and then stand up back again, so still a Sumo goalie would cover the same area on the floor that a regular goalie, just his stick and skates, and I don't think a sumo wrestler, even if he's quick and flexible, would beat a standard-size goalie going butterfly.

  • haha if anyones saying this is fake, ur retarted, its a sumo wrestler because they wanted to see how a sumo wrestler would do in goal compared to a real goalie

  • Best Goalie ever. :)
