Cautionary tale: I had all the typical 'I can manage this on my own' symptoms and episodic pain. The issued turned out to be a tumor on the inside wall of my gallbladder. At first the doctor was tripped up because no gallstones were present. Still suspicious, he ordered an MRI. No approach on my own was going to diagnose and resolve that situation.
For your own safely and piece of mind please get pain and any symptoms checked out by a reputable physician.
Be safe.

Nutritionist vs Dietitian
I'm just wondering how you can be a:
"certified clinical Nutritionist"
When nutritionist is not a legally protected term and as such needs no qualification in order for you to call yourself one.
I'm just looking to find out if the situation has changed and if it is now a legally protected term then fair enough. However it is not, does this not potentially undermine your message?

Had my gall bladder out 15 years ago and from time to time have noticed similar attacks that could have been blamed on stones then. Certain foods exacerbate a gut made sensitive by a constant flow of bile too. My advice through experience is to keep a food diary and find out what does and doesn't work for you. Possible good-candied ginger after a meal or Trader Joe's sells a cheap papaya enzyme that works sometimes. With Doc's help, rule out IBS or other causes.
