@Gb755c Probably a speaker strobe. Usually radio stations and newsrooms have voice evacuation, that looks to big to be a piezo, plus that chime sounds like that made by a computer, not a piezo, it could be an advanced chime strobe that has a built in speaker.

lol. I'll come right out and confess that my camera handling is blair witch at best.
What you're seeing is a textbook studio evacuation from a highrise.
The station remained on air.
Drop-songs were added but unnecessary.
And the alarm itself turned out to be triggered by the kicking up of dust due to construction in the parking garage.
