@RaveBeef Excel Saga is about an organization named Across trying to dominate the world because it is corrupt, starting in one city in Japan. Across is made up of no more than 3 members by the 3rd or 4th episode. Excel(the title character) is the loyal servant of the leader of Across, Il Palazzo. But of course, Excel is terrible at her job. Hilarity ensues.
Let's just say this Anime is fucked through the brain in a million ways, but it's really fucking funny.

I prefer the English version because the Puchus' voices are so much funnier when they speak non-puchu. I just love this scene in English "DIVINE RETRIBUTION!"
