That's what it looked like to me as well...I am thinking a steel frame might be overkill for a residential home and would be far from a "green" choice due to all the energy involved in manufacturing. I am all for "green" building and the movement towards sustainability, and I think it is great that people are sharing this information in an open source format....The change has to happen on a small scale with the general population making informed decisions for themselves.
