Executive Diploma in Business Management (EDBM)

ONE-YEAR PART-TIME PROGRAMME SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR UP-ANDCOMING SUPERVISORS AND OFFICERS

This one-year part-time Executive Diploma in Business Management (EDBM) programme is an "Executive Development" programme that accelerates supervisors, officers and mid-level executives "TALENTS DEVELOPMENT".

It is a part-time post-secondary study programme designed for experienced executives who aspire for self-development, or who are recommended by the Company as "future core group leaders" of sections and departments. For entry, a minimum of 5 years work experience is required.

Through a variety of learning methodologies and processes in executive development by CFE's team of lecturers/ consultants, learners will be groomed into all-round mid-level general management positions competently, with potential for transition to the next higher level.

Secondly, this Executive Diploma also prepares graduates with advancedstanding entry requirements for future advancement studies for Bachelor and Master programmes.

The programme was accredited by the HKCAAVQ as a Level 4 programme under the Qualifications Framework (QF) Scheme in Hong Kong. A QF Level 4 programme is the equivalent of a Higher Diploma / Associate Degree level.
