Flower of Scotland (Flùr na h-Alba) is a relatively young tune, and is by tradition, the national anthem of Scotland. This tune was written by Roy Williamson from the folk group The Corries in 1967.
wow!!! i am english born but with the name of alexander and my father was in the queens cameron highlanders and my grandfather tells stories of running through the campsie fells!!! please do not forget your brothers who were born over the border as scotland is still in our hearts!!!!!!!!!!fantastic playing
as an englishman who enjoys scotland and its traditions,im sure some where there must be a little bit of scots in me somewhere,Eventhou my dad was english but served in the seaforth highlanders
A wee bit slower would have been nice, would have given it a bit more body and soul. Otherwise fine, thanks.
