Our bodies are built to endure the many small traumas that encompass our daily living, but our physical, emotional and mental selves still break down with tough experiences. We will identify old life style patterns that created the 'old self' and make conscious choices in the present creating the 'new self'. In session we notice and clear underlying emotions behind old patterns so one can change for the positive result. This assists an individuals own potential to achieve the 'Highest Integrated State' which allows the individual to be at peace with their past and better cope with their future.
