I realize this is an old video- but I have to comment.

1. You owned up to leaving the closed campus,

2. The school did not have grounds to punish you for showing up at the ski place unless: the school handbook says something about a student who is suspended cannot be at any school sponsored event. AND You were skiing with people who were on the field trip.

I am pretty sure they don't let guys who rape and murder use the prison library computer to use the internet.
