@ve731 What, it isn't obvious allready? Every Trauma Cupcake game ends with a opperation involving the main antagonist getting an opperation involving a painis.

In the last stage for Second Painis, you have to attach a second Painis to the antagonist's current Painis. Then they override each other, both of them explode, the atagonist lives a painis-free life, everyone goes home happy, the end. Or something like that.
