Science now knows that Science once knew that the Bible was a fairytale because it said the earth was round and hung in space:

Isaiah 40:22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth...

Job 26:7 ESV He stretches out the north over the void and hangs the earth on nothing.

(Science has since caught up :)
