  • Just eat liver once in a while

  • @1sashenka Yes, if you have the option to get your vitamins from edible sources, that is always best! Liver is GREAT for Vitamin A!

  • Hi, I am a student of foods & nutrition so, definitely i will oppose to take vitamin supplement until unless there is severe deficiency. Well, I have a question, I have studied that vitamin A supplement does not work with Acne because supplement of vitamin A do not contain retinoic acid, the form of vitamin A effective against acne.

  • @123MAdil Hi! Vitamin A deficiency is not the only cause of Acne. However when you supplement with vitamin A, you prevent the bottom layers of your skin from drying out and flaking, which if left dry, inevitably clogs pours creating acne. I'll look into the retinoic acid, but I wouldn't pass on supplementing on Vitamin A because there are sooo many other benefits! Thanks for watching!

  • does it come in a pill?

  • @gaduie Absolutely it comes in a pill! You can get Vitamin A (animal based) or Beta Carotene (plant based) both are great to supplement with!
