Can't Promise a Fairytale Episode 06

I didnt even turn around instead I laid my head down on the table. I could hear Nick saying "For what?" The way he said it, I could notice that he was giving her a weird look. He than tapped me shoulders and asked "hey you got paper clumsy?" I ignored him. He decided to get up and go up to a girl and ask for a piece of paper. I closed my eyes and I heard nick saying a number. A number that I was familiar with. It was the reject number. I heard him walk back and sat behind me.

"Hey lena bear. Do you have a pen or a marker or something that you can write?" Demi asked and I just shrugged my shoulder. She grabbed my bag and took out a marker. I dont know what she was writing. But she had her phone out so probably someones phone number. In a few minutes later, my phone rang started vibrating. I ignored it as the teacher came in.

"Welcome to CHEMISTRY 101 would everyone please stand up as we walk to get our book from the windows." everyone got up and walked out of the door to the window. I, of course, was standing in the back while demi ditched me to hang with nick and his football friends. Amazing what a couple minutes will do. I closed my eyes and let the sun hit my face. Suddenly I felt my body being lifted up. I opened my eyes to that I was moving without moving my feet. Once my feet hit the ground, I turned to see that it was nick who picked me up. I rolled my eyes and walked back at the end of the line. He grabbed me by my waist and dragged me back.

"Would you let go?" I said firmly. I was too tired to even get notice and worst, to get notice from the guys that I like. He let me go and turned back to Demi. I continued walking to the end of the line.

"Lena.." I heard Demi whine as I got to the end. I'm the kind of girl that goes by the rule book. I don't like cussing, I don't like being funny. And most importantly, I didn't wanted to be invisible for the rest of my high school year. Being notice, causes too much drama. I looked up at the sun light and let the beam hit me. "it wasn't nice of you to leave me up there." I opened my eyes to see Demi and Nick with his friends. I ignored them and continued walking as the line continued moving forward.

"Why don't you guys just go up there. Ill stay and entertain clumsy." Nick said as he chuckles.

I turned to him and said "I have a name you know. Everyone has a name. Get over yourself Nick. Get over your high scene and just leave me alone." I took a deep breath. "I just need to be alone."

"fine whatever crazy. Just wanted to be nice to you Selena." Nick said while walking back to his friends. Maybe I was too harsh on him. Once school ended, I went out to my car to see a pink balloon attached to the side mirrors. It had a note inside the balloon. I walked to my car and pushed my alarm. I untied the balloon and set it free. Like I said before I just want to say invisible. I backed out of my parking space and drove home. I opened the door to hear my dogs barking. I guess they've really missed me.
