@Sinz848 - the cop doesnt know those arent felons! The cop doesnt know your only intentions are to film him. He does know that if youre filming him, you arent cop friendly (or least "him friendly").  Looks to me as if he is still at the car door talking to the driver (hence, contact not concluded). Seems to me youre just out looking to cause grief. Oh well, unfortunately there will always be people like you in this world
