This is one of the most unique features I have seen in any protocol analyzer.
Fluke Networks Clearsight Analyzer can use a 3rd part decode engine to decode frames.
Very cool because I can capture with Wireshark and use the Clearsight reports and other features that Wireshark might not have.

Update from Bill Naylor;
The current version (15) of Network Instruments' Observer also allows for a 3rd party decoder (such as Wireshark) to be integrated as a adjunct to the Observer suite of analysis tools. It seamlessly launches the program and passes the captured packet data along.
