what i want to know is how can you guys toss the ice cream after mixing and having a whole bunch of gunk on the spades and not have to get them wet in the spadewell first. i just dont get it haha i've tried plenty of times...trust me. St. Louis Coldstone!

liquids go first? is that what the "new" technique is? these videos were made a couple years ago when cold stone was at its prime i think. mixing the "liquids" after gave the ice cream a nice swirl of caramel or fudge rather than it blending in with the ice cream.

for sure you have to wet the spade...flick it to let most of the water out...you have to be quikk though..i shoould know im the inly one that des this at my store =]

im not sure if you noticed.. but if you watch closely at any of the 3 videos i have... we NEVER wet our spades
