  • Oh hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • @dazbarber Well, I don't depute that, but I need to fill in some things (BTW, why does every video about health become a meat debate?).

Tribes people live overall healthier lives than civilized people (less stress, toxins)

Lack of civilized diseases doesn't mean they're healthy.

Civilized people are eating unnaturally-raised animals (which brings up 3 other negatives)

  • @Gary1111001 I think its great that you have understood your bodies desire to eat natural food whatever the ratio you choose, you avoid processed foods and you make the choice to be vegan. But that doesn't dispute the fact that humans were given the ability to eat meat and though we didn't develop the carnivorous diet of lions more that of primates we can choose to eat meat as they do and be healthy doing so. Tribes people do so and have great health, no cancer, obesity or heart disease.

  • @howtogetwell When people talk about carbs, they should differentiate refined from whole, and grain(not for humans) and fruit(for humans. It's junk food that makes people fat, not carbs(what the body runs on, so, what it wants, so, what nature provides in every food.

  • @dazbarber I'll correct myself: Science isn't responsible for the food pyramid. It's government corrupted by food industries, and gov reflecting our society's traditions and habits.

To add the full truth to your statement: Humanity(in northern climates) didn't get through its evolution by not eating meat (during the ice-age). But that doesn't make it natural - in the sense that we never adapted to it like lions have. And meat is muscle created by animals for moving around - not food.

  • @Gary1111001 Science is not wrong, there are arguments for dairy products in the human diet but nuts and meat! Humanity didn't get through its evolution by not eating meat. This is one of the most natural sources of nutrients for us. You show that it is possible to lead a healthy life with your 80/10/10 diet, many people do, and I bet your 80% doesn't come from refined or starchy carbs. If you opened your mind to the argument you would understand these carbs cause many human health problems.

  • @howtogetwell Science is wrong when they put Dairy, nuts and meat on the food pyramid. I've been a high, carb vegan for 17 years. It made me thinner and less sick. Now I'm on the 80/10/10 diet (HIGH fruit and veg) and now I NEVER get sick (and still lean, just like the other primates).

  • I am continually amazed how people who are intelligent enough to figure out that the science is all wrong, that the people who understand that carbs are to blame for obesity and disease, not fat, Why can't these people go one step further and see that the science isn't just wrong, but that the science has been intentionally manipulatd for economic reasons. To see clearly about why so many scientists and doctors are on the wrong side of this issue. Read, "They're Making You Fat and Sick.

  • The fat theory of heart disease overwhelmed the refined carbohydrate theory of heart disease and obesity for one simple reason; It is 20 times as economical to feed a nation on carbs as it is to feed a nation on meat, dairy and eggs. We were made to believe grains and everything made from them are the most healthful foods on earth so we ate more of them. At the same time, they maligned meat, dairy and eggs as the cause of heart disease and cancer so we ate less of these inefficient foods.

  • What this means, folks (sorry) is You need to eat "real food" like Mark Sisson advises, and Kurt G. Harris, MD. This means meat, some cheese, fat, some heavy cream, lettuce and dark green veggies - and STOP eating all these carbs which include sugar, HFCS, bread, orange juice and apple juice (which has more sugar than Coke) and starches like potatoes, pasta. Eat like the primitives did and do - this is what we evolved to eat. They don't get cancer, heart disease, diabetes, appendicitis etc.
